Gift Certificates & Packages
All gift certificates and packages expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Certificates and packages must be redeemed within this timeframe and cannot be extended or reissued after expiration.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Release Massage Therapy does not offer refunds on gift certificates, packages, or service purchases. Please be sure to review your selection before completing payment.
Session Completion
Purchases must be completed within the specified time allotment. Unused time cannot be carried over, split, or refunded. We recommend arriving on time so you receive the full benefit of your booked session.
Booking & Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate another guest.
